Return Eligibility

Returns may be requested within 30 days of receiving your order if the item:

  • Arrives damaged.
  • Is defective.
  • Is incorrect.
  • Is significantly different from the product description.

Items must be unused and returned in their original packaging whenever possible.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards
  • Personalized products
  • Perishable goods
  • Intimate or hygiene-related products (where applicable)

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
